Screwed By The Schedule; Again!

The Oakland Raiders will go six straight weeks this season without a home game in Oaktown. One of those week will be a Bye Week and another played in London. So what else is new with the NFL and it's treatment of the silver & black; they've never accommodated bad guy images and it's a wonder that they ever allowed the eye-patched pirate logo onto the silver helmet.

Maybe the boisterous Raiders of past years along with the late great leader Al Davis brought it upon themselves. Al was a renegade who made more enemies than friends and right or wrong, he never apologized.

I wonder if Las Vegas knows what they're getting themselves into. No Love, No Fairness, No Favors. Just the same'ol league conspiracy, let's screw the Raiders because we can attitude. It's okay, let'em continue placing obstacles and traps to lower the odds of our success. We will continue to knock down walls and force our way into the conversation of winning football. And I pity the fool who tries standing in our way this coming season. It's Our Year...….

If you ask me, if we beat the teams in our division we need not worry so much about the others on our schedule. Based on last season they're all beatable. Our preseason opponents carry more of a threat than the regular season teams. I like our free agent pickups and looking forward to seeing a more productive team overall. Can't wait to see Antonio Brown scoring touchdowns. This traveling schedule could bring the team together, forcing a much needed focus and execute style of play. Like other traps the league has tried laying in our path, if the heavy travel schedule doesn't kill us it'll make us stronger; I guarantee it!

Just Win Baby!
