Could the Raiders benefit from bringing in Herm Edwards to steer the Jolly Roger? Herm is a great motivator, but hasn't really won much over the years. But I believe if you give Herm some good young talent, like the Oakland Raiders have, then he can mold that talent into a winning team. Sure, Al should at least see if Herm is interested.
