Giants Beat Da’ Blue Off Dodgers’ Buehler

With a stunning rubber-match resilience, San Francisco Giants bats came alive to light up Dodgers ace pitcher and cy young candidate Walker Buehler. On an L.A. Dodger favored espn national broadcast, the Giants demonstrated exactly why they’ve led the majors in wins throughout most of the season; Resilience!

Through injuries, covid protocols and maternity leave, this Giants team somehow finds a way to battle back and make or take a series. Yesterday’s game against the Dodgers was no different. Short on starting pitching, the Giants took a unique approach by handing the game to their relief pitching staff.

Seven pitchers through seven innings limited Dodgers hitters to two runs before setup man Tyler Rogers, and closer Jake McGee capped the win. Giants relief pitchers performed as if cy young award points were being tallied. They Were!

As for Buehler and Da' Bums in Blue, “life can sometimes move pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” Ferris Buehler
